The barns sleep 6 adults and 2 children, with multiple living spaces, ensuite bedrooms and a large garden area with peaceful views across open farmland.
Situated within a 10 minute drive of both Chichester and West Wittering beach, it's the perfect spot to unwind and explore this beautiful corner of West Sussex.

"Poplars Farm Barn is total heaven. There is a divine smell that permeates the whole house, the underfloor heating means it's warm underfoot everywhere (total treat) and the interiors are just gorgeous. We genuinely only left to get provisions for the weekend, otherwise it was a perfect spot to hunker down for the weekend. It's huge inside, with high quality spec on everything. Couldn't recommend it more and just wish we could move in!"

"Beautiful barn, calm & relaxing. Great for family get together & lovely to be able to bring along our 2 dogs along. The attention to detail on furnishings was impeccable with nice touches like the wax melts which made the barn smell incredible. Holly & Charles were very friendly & even offered to let us use their electric car charger as I'd booked it as a surprise so the car wasn't fully charged for exploring the area. I would definitely recommend."

"A very special place. Honestly I think that Hollys place was one of the nicest air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in; the price reflects the experience, and I will certainly try and book again. Perfect for exploring the Witterings should you wish. I have no notes, the thatched barn conversion was immaculate and beautifully decorated - everything was beautifully functional, practical, cleanable, maintainable and all instructions were clear and helpful. I couldn’t have felt happier to have the opportunity to stay and my family and I felt a little dismayed to leave. If you were staying with a few people there adequate degrees of separation- including a smaller kitchen at the other side of the property."
